People come to 1:1 sessions for different reasons. Some are holding it together on the outside but feel wired and overwhelmed underneath. Others feel like they’re not coping and can’t get back to themselves.

This often shows up as:

  • Anxiety or stress you feel in the body, not just the mind

  • A system that stays on alert (tight chest, shallow breath, tension, fatigue)

  • Reactivity or shutdown, overthinking, rumination, or emotional flooding

  • Feeling stuck in patterns you understand intellectually but can’t shift in real life

  • Big transitions, grief, burnout, relationship strain, or the pressure of carrying too much

This work isn’t about “thinking more positively.” When the body is running chronic stress signalling, clarity narrows, patience shortens, and everything can feel urgent. That isn’t weakness, it’s a protective response.

1:1 sessions work at that level.

Real change starts with regulation

We use breathwork, meditation, and psychology-informed tools to reduce threat signalling, build emotional capacity, and retrain your stress response so you can meet life with more steadiness.

Each session is structured and tailored to you. We may combine functional breath retraining, performance-based regulation tools, and deeper breathwork for emotional processing. The focus is integration, so what shifts in session carries into the moments you actually need it.

The aim isn’t to make you calm all the time. It’s to build internal steadiness so you can stay clear, grounded, and self-led, even when life is demanding.

Sessions are 90 minutes and progressive. We build regulation first, insight second, and integration always.

Our Process

We support the mind and body to move what it’s been carrying, including emotional pain and past experiences, at a pace you can handle, through transformational and functional breathwork.

1. Settle

We start by helping you feel steady enough to slow down your breath and stay present with what you’re feeling and experiencing in your mind and body.

2. Process

Simple, repeatable tools between sessions so the change holds up in real life.

3. Integrate

We stabilise, ground back into the present moment, make sense of what shifted, and anchor it with practical tools so you don’t bounce straight back.
