Each session is structured and tailored to you. We may combine functional breath retraining, performance-based regulation tools, and deeper breathwork for emotional processing. The focus is integration, so what shifts in session carries into the moments you actually need it.
The aim isn’t to make you calm all the time. It’s to build internal steadiness so you can stay clear, grounded, and self-led, even when life is demanding.
Sessions are 90 minutes and progressive. We build regulation first, insight second, and integration always.
