Meet Sophie.
I’m Sophie, founder of House of Viktor. I support people who feel overwhelmed by life, whether that stems from traumatic past experiences, chronic stress, or simply the fast pace of the world we live in.
This work is personal for me. I’ve navigated my own experiences with trauma, depression, and anxiety, and I know what it’s like to look for answers that actually hold up in real life.
As a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, I prioritise safety, choice, and nervous system readiness.
I have over 500 hours of breathwork training, more than 200 hours of meditation training, and have practised Vedic meditation twice daily for over a decade. Currently, I’m completing a psychology degree at Swinburne University in Australia. The work I do at House of Viktor focuses on building steadiness and self-trust, not forcing change, but creating the right conditions for it.
